Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Leads Hunter and Jack AI Solutions LLC maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We do not allow any content, behavior, or activity that harms or risks harming children.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Within our app and related services, it is strictly prohibited to:

Share, upload, generate, request, or distribute any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Use the app to contact, groom, exploit, or harm minors.
Encourage, praise, or teach others to engage in harmful or illegal behavior involving minors.

Any account involved in CSAE will be immediately suspended or permanently terminated and may be reported to authorities.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Examples of strictly banned content or actions include (but are not limited to):

Any sexual content involving minors.
Sexual requests to, from, or involving minors.
Attempts to obtain personal or private contact information from minors for abusive purposes.
Content that normalizes, excuses, or promotes child exploitation.
Using the app to arrange real-world contact with minors for harmful purposes.

3. Enforcement and Cooperation

When CSAE violations are suspected, we may:

Restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts.
Block or remove content.
Limit access to app features.
Preserve evidence and provide information to law enforcement if required.

We follow applicable laws and may cooperate with authorities in responding to CSAE activity.

4. Reporting CSAE

If you observe CSAE-related content or behavior inside the app, report it immediately:

When possible, include screenshots, usernames, timestamps, or a description of the issue. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services immediately.

5. Protection of Minors

Our app is not designed for use by minors and includes safeguards to help prevent misuse. We may implement technical measures such as age gates or other protections to reduce risk.

6. Updates to These Standards

These standards may be updated to reflect legal changes, safety requirements, or best practices. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
