User Agreement (Terms of Use)

1. Introduction
Welcome to Jack AI Solutions (“the App”), operated by
Jack AI Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this
User Agreement (“Terms of Use” or “Agreement”).
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
2. Acceptance of Communications (Email & SMS)
By creating an account or providing your mobile number or email, you expressly agree that:
- You consent to receive email and SMS notifications related to leads, updates, or service opportunities.
- You consent to receive marketing or promotional messages related to the App.
- You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” (for SMS) or by using unsubscribe links in emails.
Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful, professional purposes related to household services
such as cleaning, lawn care, repairs, painting, moving, and similar services.
You must not:
- Misuse the App to spam, harass, or defraud other users or homeowners.
- Attempt to bypass security features or access restricted parts of the system.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automation outside the official tools the App provides.
- Sell or transfer your account credentials.
4. User Accounts & Responsibilities
When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining your password securely.
- All actions taken using your account.
- Keeping your email and mobile number up to date.
If we suspect fraud or misuse, we may suspend or terminate your account.
5. Service Providers Using the App
If you use the App to seek jobs or respond to homeowner requests, you agree:
- You are solely responsible for the quality of your services.
- The Company does not vet or guarantee service providers or homeowners.
- You must comply with all local, state, and federal laws related to your work, including licensing requirements.
- You understand that the Company is not a party to any agreements between you and homeowners.
6. AI-Generated Leads & Data Accuracy
The App uses automated systems and AI tools to analyze publicly available information
(such as posts from platforms like Nextdoor). These results are provided for convenience only.
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of AI-generated results, classifications, or translations.
- Availability of leads at all times.
- That contacting a lead will result in work or income.
7. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
Certain features may require payment or subscription. By purchasing, you agree:
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
- You are responsible for canceling subscriptions before renewal periods.
8. Privacy & Data Usage
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you consent to:
- Collection of device data, activity logs, and usage analytics.
- Storing your account information and preferences.
- Using anonymized data to improve the App.
We do NOT sell your personal information.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to:
- Send unsolicited or abusive messages.
- Use the App for illegal activities.
- Attempt to scrape or export large amounts of system data.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Upload harmful code, malware, or automated scripts.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will function uninterrupted.
- The App will always detect leads or service opportunities.
- All data displayed is accurate or up-to-date.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jack AI Solutions LLC is not responsible for:
- Loss of income, business, or opportunities.
- Errors in lead detection or classification.
- Disputes between users and homeowners.
- Unauthorized access to your account caused by your negligence.
12. Termination of Service
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate these terms.
- You misuse the App or its data.
- We detect fraudulent behavior.
13. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the new terms.
